GN27-40.5C Through-Wall Indoor High Voltage Isolator Switch
Product Overview
The GN27 - 40.5 indoor high-voltage isolating switch is a product. It is suitable for power systems with a rated voltage of 40.5 kV and an alternating current frequency of 50 Hz. It is used to open and close circuits when there is voltage but no load, and it is a replacement product designed and manufactured to replace the old products. It can be used in combination with high-voltage switchgear cabinets or used independently. It is equipped with a CS6-2 operating mechanism. All of them adopt enhanced insulation design and can meet the usage requirements in places with a pollution level of Class II. The design is scientific and reasonable, and the structure is novel. It has multiple contact points and a rotary contact mode, with good self-cleaning ability and improved heat dissipation capacity. The contact points are within two planes, resulting in a small operating torque, a large contact pressure, and easy adjustment. By adopting a large creepage distance, its insulation ability and withstand voltage both meet high requirements. Bearings are added to the rotating shaft, which improves the service life and makes the operation more convenient. This series of isolating switches has a three-phase common underframe structure with a vertical rotating knife switch. The stationary contacts on the breaking side are designed as swinging multi-stage blade contacts, which have the advantages of low contact pressure of a single blade contact, low wear, a large heat dissipation area, and a small operating torque. At the same time, support insulators and pull rod insulators with a large creepage distance are used, which have high insulation performance and high mechanical strength. To meet different needs, types such as the flush-mounted type, the wall-penetrating type, and the type with a grounding knife are designed. This series of isolating switches can be installed horizontally, vertically, or obliquely.
